A dedicated offer for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Le Mans Classic, the French motorcycle Grand Prix and bespoke exclusive stays. Additional services are arranged around your programme. VAT included.

In Rouillon, near Le Mans, Le Vieux Pré brings together the Grande Maison Victor and the Poolhouse Romie within 5,000 m² of landscaped grounds. Two buildings reinterpreted through contemporary architecture, with open spaces, natural materials and broad views of the garden.

The estate welcomes up to sixteen guests across six en suite bedrooms. Gather around the dining table, in the living room or beside the pool. There is also room for everyone to read, rest or enjoy a quiet moment alone.

Bring the family together, stay with friends or enjoy the major events in Le Mans. Le Vieux Pré is reserved exclusively for your group, with included services and additional experiences arranged around your wishes.

The main house

Up to 10 guests

The main house is designed for time together. The fully equipped open kitchen makes shared meals easy. The living room and fireplace invite you to linger into the evening, looking out onto the garden.

En suite bedrooms give everyone their own private space. The project also includes a separate cinema room and an office, for watching a film together or working away from the shared living areas.

The poolhouse

Romie

Up to 6 guests · 70 m²

Beside the pool, a second house welcomes up to six additional guests. Its 70 m² keep family and friends together on the same estate, with greater independence throughout the day.

Its living room and open kitchen offer further space to spend time together. Step outside or join everyone in the main house, then return to a more intimate setting at the end of the day.
